CONNECTIONS In the last few years people keep telling me I naturally connect people so this website has been born as a direct result of that and someone mind mapping my life and telling me to just do it. As I had been helping a Charity with PR and then other people it seemed a natural progression to go with the flow and just let this site now burst out into the universe and be an extension of what I am already doing. So I might connect you to the universe, to yourself, to the people around you to your work colleagues, to your own creativity. It might mean a number of ways. You might find it through energy work by being in your body, through physical exercise, through mediation or music or dance.
